Sinopsis:

Pada tahun 2100 di mana dunia sedang diikat oleh jaringan komputer. Anak-anak dari dunia menjadi Web Divers, mengadaptasi kesadaran mereka menjadi data, dan suka bermain bersama di taman maya disebut Magical Gate. Namun, virus komputer misterius muncul mulai menghancurkan Magical Gate dari dalam ke luar. Di dunia maya, program yang disebut Web Knights telah diciptakan untuk melindungi anak-anak. Tapi, virus komputer telah merubah semua Web Knights melawan anak-anak. Satu-satunya Web Knight untuk melarikan diri dari “cuci otak” adalah Gladion. Gladion mencari bantuan dari Kaito Yuki, seorang  Web Diver yang di kelas keempat.
